These terms and conditions are subject to change without warning, so please review them regularly.

Confidentiality

All assignments undertaken by Kezcol Solutions are considered strictly confidential and therefore we confirm that no details will be revealed to any third party, unless this is deemed to be necessary by law.

Our confidentiality and discretion is guaranteed but we are happy to sign a Confidentiality Agreement or Privacy Policy document as supplied by yourself. We can also produce a new agreement as dictated by yourself if required.

Please note all original documents, disks, and CDs submitted to us will be returned to the client once the assignment is complete and payment is received.

Liability

Final proofreading of all completed work is the responsibility of the client. Should errors be found in our work, they will be rectified free of charge providing we have been notified within 48 hours of receipt of the completed work, or within seven (7) days for work of more than 2,000 words.

Kezcol Solutions cannot be held liable for errors or omissions that appear in the client's final product in which the work is included.

Kezcol Solutions shall not be liable for any damages of any kind, under any theory of liability, resulting from provision of any product or service whatsoever.

It is the client's responsibility to gain the appropriate copyright permission from any third parties for any material supplied to us. Kezcol Solutions will not be responsible for any plagiarised material supplied by the client and we reserve the right to return the work should we become aware of such an instance.

Payment Terms

A signed acceptance of our quotation and terms and conditions must be received by us before work can commence on your assignment. We reserve the right to amend our original quotation at any time should additional work be requested by the client.

Invoices will be sent to clients upon completion of the work and are payable strictly within the stated time limit. We understand and will exercise our statutory right to interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation if we are not paid according to agreed credit terms. If payment is not received by the due date, then interest will be charged at a rate of 12.75%. Compound interest is applied to overdue amounts.

If your invoice total is assumed to be above the sum of £300, a payment of 50% of the final sum will need to be received and cleared by our bank before we can commence work — if the project is urgent, a copy of the electronic transfer document from your bank can be sent as proof of payment.

Payment should be made via one of the methods below;

  • Paypal (Our Preferred method of payment) - All international clients or U.K. clients - via Paypal using your bank account or credit/debit card.
  • Cheque (U.K. clients only) - in certain circumstances you may pay by cheque if preferred, made payable to 'Colin Lawson' with your Customer Number marked clearly on the reverse. Please contact us in the first instance if you wish to pay via this method.
  • Bank Transfer (U.K. clients only) - in certain circumstances you may pay via secure bank transfer. Please contact us in the first instance if you wish to pay via this method.

All invoices will be submitted in £ sterling and will include any bank charges related to bank transfers and cheque or credit/debit card handling charges (3.4% for Paypal or Cheque).
